📦 Shipping Methods & Rates
Standard Shipping (5-7 Business Days)
- Orders under $50: $5.99
- Orders $50-$99: $3.99
- Orders $100+: FREE
Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $12.99
- Available for all order sizes
Overnight Shipping (1-2 Business Days)
- Flat rate: $24.99
- Order by 2 PM EST for next-day processing
🌍 Shipping Locations
Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii (additional fees may apply for remote locations).
International Shipping: Not available at this time. We're working to expand our shipping capabilities soon!
⏱️ Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed after 2 PM EST will be processed the next business day.
You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Track your FitBite protein bars every step of the way:
- Receive a tracking number via email once shipped
- Track your package through our shipping partner's website
- Get real-time updates on delivery status

📅 Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and begin from the ship date, not the order date:
- Standard: 5-7 business days
- Express: 2-3 business days
- Overnight: 1-2 business days
Note: Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, holidays, or due to weather conditions.
🏠 Delivery Requirements
Signature: Not required for standard deliveries. Signature may be required for high-value orders.
Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
P.O. Boxes: We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS only.

Your FitBite protein bars are carefully packaged to maintain freshness during transit. We use protective packaging to ensure your bars arrive in perfect condition, ready to fuel your fitness journey.
📦 Damaged or Lost Packages
Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
Lost Packages: If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please:
- Check with neighbors or building management
- Verify the delivery address
- Wait 24 hours (sometimes marked delivered early)
- Contact us if still missing - we'll investigate and resolve
🎁 Bulk & Subscription Orders
Bulk Orders: Ordering 50+ boxes? Contact us for special shipping rates and delivery options.
Subscriptions: Subscribe and save! Enjoy free standard shipping on all subscription orders, plus 15% off every delivery.
🎄 Holiday Shipping
During peak holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year), please allow additional processing and delivery time. We recommend ordering early to ensure timely delivery. Holiday shipping cutoff dates will be posted on our homepage.
